If the picture gets to desaturated/dark/etc. you can edit it. I think that's allowed.Ahhh... i was so going to join but i read the rules. I planned on coloring with my PC. I have no good coloring tools and the scanner i have makes the picture i scan look dull. So i'll sit this one out (maybe... XD)

You could always take a picture of it and upload it that way if you wish, if not, I won't be looking at color dullness because I know it's sometimes hard to scan pictures and keep the shiny lol. Buy some color utensils and enter!!!!
Maybe (if you're still in school and have free time) stay after school and ask permission to use the art room lol If you aren't able to enter this one, next month I hope to have a short story contest in which you may enter if you like to write. Every month I hope to make a new contest with a prize from Club Nintendo!

Hehe don't be sorry! You have until the 30th to enter a drawing. Remember it must NOT be computer generated and you cannot use a computer drawing tablet to help you; its all to be hand drawn. Gambatte kudasai!
