I was making sure about your points. It is correct.
7/11 Drink shelf and 7/11 ATM are both 8 points each.
So the rest of your points is 10 points.

Hey, I am still wondering how the cataloging items work. Because I would like the items I mentioned. Yet I don't know if I have the points to get them, or how to get the points. I know i have black tulips in my village, And I have a few extra jolly rogers. I'm still new at this.

You come over to my town.
And you pick up those items.

conical straw hat
kung-fu tee
ogres wig
And then you drop those back.
After doing this, you get back to your town.
If the shop in your town is open, you can order any of those from your catalog.
If it is before 5 pm in you town, you quite playing AC.
And you will receive mails with the items you ordered when you log in to the game after 5 pm.
If it is after 5 pm in your town, you will receive the mail from shop the next day.
That's all...
