Sorry for my inactivity, I've been at school and a band concert.
Anyways, I've been catching up on posts, and I have 2 people I want to go for, but I'm not extremely sure. First, I'll start with KarlaKBG.
We all know you have more experience with the game. But that really doesn't prove if you're mafia or not. You can be really experienced with the game, but you could still be a corrupt Mayor/Sherif, so you might know how to bring the town to its knees. Also, you make good promises. REAL good ones. But I'm really not sure those are too believable. Those are leaning towards "too-good-to-be-true", and you might as well be deceiving us. This, however, is all that's holding me back from voting for you.
And Hikari, you don't have as much experience with the game. You made a HUGE screwup last game with your Miller role claim, and that just might be a disadvantage for you. On the bright side, you're making legitimate promises, something that you can actually live up to. However, if you can't promise to hold the town together, I really don't think I should be putting all my trust in you. Aside from this, you're a really promising candidate, and I want to see you do well, but I just need more time.
Anyways, Karla, I think I am unfortunately with Kippla here... Sorry, Karla, it is just one of those too good to be true scenarios. You promise all these good things. BowserFanGurl1999, I think you are just inactive, but voting for Karla straight off the dot (I don't remember the saying) makes Karla and you suspicious. PikaSweet, I would convict you, just you unvoted. But, I am still suspicious. Go ahead, people. Lynch me, on Day 2. I don't care. I could be making a good point, I could be screwing around.
You don't care? Why would you be screwing around? What are you playing at?I don't care. I could be making a good point, I could be screwing around.

At this stage you've already determined someone who is a trustworthy town member? I'm disappointed that you're against me, with analytical skills like that we could wrap this game up in a day. What's with the lynn mention in there too? Your biggest indicator that I am Mafia so far seems to be I am trying to win the support of town and I'm providing believable arguments? You "think" my plan might be beneficial to Town? And to top it off, you want us to toss your suspicions aside? Mentioning you're a noob? How do you expect to convince people if you can't even convince yourself? Are you even trying to convince town? What are you attempting here?I, personally, after a long bout of PMs with another person who I am awfully sure is a Town member (NOT lynn105), that KarlaKGB is Mafia, or at least some kind of other bad thing. S/he (hey, ya never know) is trying to get us all to trust him/her, and keeps on giving believable arguments. Yeah, I read the plan and all, and think it might be beneficial to the Town, but KarlaKGB is just too shady, in my opinion. Go ahead: Toss my suspicions aside. I'm a newb. I just cannot help but feel suspicious.
All I got out of this post was "I'm sorry, I'm new, I'm not extremely sure". . .Okay, I'm sorry, it wasn't meant to be taken too personally... The one key element you mentioned there is that you want the town's trust... It's a fifty-fifty gamble, but as of the moment, I think it is more 60-40, with Mafia in the lead. I am not extremely sure, but I just wanted to point this out. I point out I am new because I am: I am not trying to steal your position in office, I am just sharing my thoughts. Again, I am sorry if I am horribly wrong, but I was just pointing this out...
Why are you apologising to me? Why do I deserve an apology? If I'm the scum like you're making me out to be, why do you have regrets about calling me out. I'm not promising anything above and beyond what any other town member should be doing. My post has been realistic about the problems facing Town this game. I've not promised an easy way to win. And once again, you lack any degree of conviction in your post. "Lynch me. I don't care. I could be screwing around." HOW DOES THIS HELP TOWN IN ANY WAY?Anyways, Karla, I think I am unfortunately with Kippla here...
If it's way too early to be nailing down Mafia, why did you jump on my throat? You didn't attack any specific part of my post, it's just been you and your mysterious trusted friend who are convinced I'm shady but have zero solid evidence to show for it. Again, what's with the lynn mention? Why are you two holding hands here? It's Day 1. You know what you should do? Actively contribute. Not by posting garbage accusations with no proof and zero conviction. You think my plan's too good to be true? What do you suggest we do then?Anyways, please, people, I am begging you, someone disprove all of my posts! That would make life much easier. This could be taken as a challenge, but it is waaaaaayyyyy too early in the game to be nailing down Mafia. As for now, I sit against the wall, and watch the pandemonium commence, along with lynn105, WHO I HIGHLY SUGGEST BE ACTIVE THIS GAME, as we watch everybody bicker, only to speak up if we notice something...
Again with the "I'm awful". I don't buy that bull. You are scum. You have contributed nothing. You are fos'ing people with no proof. You're not even sure of yourself. What do I see? A Mafia player overextending, trying to disrupt town planning at this stage, whilst trying to not to stand out by having no confidence in your posts whatsoever. And what better way to explain this than constantly bringing up the fact that you are new or a bad player. I've seen no pro-town motivation in any of your posts. You're going down.Well, awfully as in a bad adjective; skeptical. S/he pointed out good points, and, I somewhat believed, but then got suspicious after he/she directed me to a different person for mayor almost instantly after trying to point out Karla as Mafia. All I am saying is that I am an awful player, and think that this is kind of like the Hunger Games in a respect: You have to have allies to win. At least in the beginning. It just makes it that much harder if you don't. Of course, you will have to turn tail and run eventually... Or face it head on. Whichever you choose.
Trundle and Karla. Somehow, those two make a good pair in the mayoral roles. Of course, Don't trust everything you read. These two could very well be Mafia, but anyone could be Mafia. I don't suggest role claiming to any of the elected roles, or anyone to that matter. I'm not saying that you shouldn't PM, but you should be careful of what you put in them. Questions for the running:
1. How will you handle role-claiming? Specifically, how will you tell if they're lying or not, other than seeing an unlikely number of roleclaims (By this, I mean three people role claiming as a bodyguard)?
2. How exactly will you analyze things? Do you read the posts, look at voting patterns, their behavior, etc.
3. This ties in to Number 2. How will you decide who to lynch?
Actually, iLoveYou's arguments were not that strong. VillageDweller picked up on the flaws right away and even said that she was probably the godfather from the first day. He was correct, but he was lynched early. Unfortunately, no one picked up on this. This has happened before in the previous game. This shouldn't be new to players who actually followed along with that game. iLoveYou was giving believable arguments, AND emphasizing being on Town. Did we vote for her? Yes. Did she do a good job of hiding her Mafia role? Extremely.
Mayor SpeechIf you vote for me as Mayor, I will try my best to help the town, such as pardoning bad bandwagon. (If I'm sheffif.) Also, I'm not gonna make promises I don't have control over, unlike Karla. For example, I can't keep the town from losing people, because the Mafia's going to strike, but I will try my best to look back at previous post and see why they were killed and then decide on who might of done it.
So, basically, I'll try to the best of my ability to find out who the mafia is and lynch them.
We all know you have more experience with the game. But that really doesn't prove if you're mafia or not.
Correct Sherlock.
You can be really experienced with the game, but you could still be a corrupt Mayor/Sherif, so you might know how to bring the town to its knees.
Again, correct.
Also, you make good promises. REAL good ones. But I'm really not sure those are too believable. Those are leaning towards "too-good-to-be-true", and you might as well be deceiving us.
You think my promises are too good to be true? These are my promises:
With this in mind, if elected I will continue to do what I do best - analyse, but with the added protection against scum attacks at night. I will not attempt to solo this game, because that's simply not feasible. I will make an effort not to be in conflict with the other official, as long as I believe we are both playing for the same side. It is essential that the town can rally around both officers. As I will be suspected, I will maximise my transparency and only act in a way town agrees with by letting them know beforehand when possible. If town or the other official comes up with a viable plan, I will put my 100% support behind that. If we can confirm someone as 100% innocent, and town still does not completely trust me, I am happy for that player to direct my powers. I should not be given any critical information. All I will do is analyse, come up with and follow plans.
What kind of promises do you want me to make? Dodgy ones that are impossible to scrutinise by town? I am telling you what I will do. Analyse. Work with the other official. Act with the approval of town. Support plans laid out by town. Follow and support confirmed innocents. You really think these are extraordinary promises? This is the best way for Mayor/Sheriff to play when they cannot be verified. Guess what's even better - all of these promises can be verified in the open. I am directly answerable to town. Now if I was Mafia why would I hamstring myself so hard with this?
That's a lot of "I'll try's". Maybe you should start promising things and be confident in yourself? Otherwise it's not really a good idea to run for an elected position. If you don't know what you're doing, get off the podium.
