As my old cycling thread will time out pretty soon I've made this squeaky clean, fabulous new thread!
I haven't restarted, so all the villagers, reservations and rules from my old thread will still be carried over to here.

Melleia from Galifrey's Rules!
~All of my villagers are free, unless otherwise stated!
~They are also, usually on a first come, first served basis.
~ Do NOT sell off any of my villagers after I have given them to you! Or you will be banned from ever getting a villager from me again!
~There are usually no reserves, unless I say so.
However, it is possible to autoreserve villagers! I use a Villager Trade In Policy!:
If there is a villager in the campsite, or who has moved in and you are the first or only person to ask for them, you can reserve them, by trading another villager of equal value for them! This, I suppose, only works with the medium level popularity characters. The trade in is a way to get your unwanted popular villagers a new home, while someone else gets a dreamie!
