Mafia TBT Mafia IV: Red Revolution [Game Over/Mafia Win]

Everything that I know, everybody has already posted. I see no point whatsoever to repeat things. :/

And when I said that while voting for BBG, I meant that he was the most likely to be mafia out of all the lynch cadidates.

Because you haven't contributed as much as you did before. It's a good thing you're not rehashing information like Hikari has annoyingly done before, but try to at least post something contributive each day because you have been "the player who talks only through accusations." If you don't post, it seems like you have something to hide.

Have you contributed anything against me? Look at all the players who gave good evidence. All you have done was vote with a measly sentence. Please try and contribute before jumping on a bandwagon.

BEARY509 is still pretty high in my list of suspicions.
8/31 of her posts have been during the actual game. The 23 posts before the game started was mostly spam due to her excitement of playing. Where has this Beary been since the start of the game?

Jk,jk, BUT I HATE BEING A TOWNIE >:0
I hope I can kill stuff
I've been townie too much -3-
She may disappointed at the role given to her if it was Townie yet again.
I'm a bit nervous about who will be killed. I guess the only thing to do is sit tight and make conspiracies.
Of course this is a huge red flag. I was one who actually overlooked until I realized so many people bringing it up. Because of her age, I'm not entirely convince that she knew exactly what it meant. Also, I'm not sure if Beary regularly goes on IRC, when I go on the chat I kind of log in and work with a different tab. There is a chance that she may have picked up the "conspiracy" word from this IRC post:
(January 8th) [19:59] <&Jubs> you guys are missing out on some intense conspiracy theories on mumble right now.
I wasn't on Mumble at the time and didn't see this on the chat until 20-30 minutes after it was posted. So I kept it in case I wanted to ask someone who was regularly on the Mumble if they knew what it was about.
##Vote: BellBringerGreen
There isn't really much more of a scummy player as of now.
This was what drew my attention most. There isn't really much more of a scummy player as of now is not the greatest reason to vote. Seeing that BellBringerGreen has at least defended himself and there were still lynch candidates that have been inactive or avoiding questionings all together. A placeholder vote would have been a much better reason, but it just seems like a rush bandwagon vote so the majority lynch can come to play.
I'm not saying Beary is the best player to lynch at this time because Beary is considered one of those players that others can easily build a case against. I just want her name out there to say that we should be watching for her in case she slips again.

As for JUSTIN I think he may be disinterested, just because he hasn't given much of an excuse for his absence. His campaign was a joke, but if he ran he could have easily racked up a few more votes in his favor. Unlike II, people weren't bandwagoning onto him, so maybe this is his way of putting himself out there just to allow himself to lay low.
Can someone catch me up to the current happenings and whatnot? Figure I should probably contribute something before I get modkilled.
This kind of makes me wonder. I'm still waiting for him to contribute something. If not, this post is just his way of avoiding a modkill. He was modkilled in III as a medic, so him posting something general, but noncontributing may be a giveaway that he has an important role that he can't risk not posting for. Whether it be blue or red.
As an inactive/lurker I'd leave it up to a Vigilante or Detective to figure out where he stands.

Beary509 is kinda known for doing that .. Voting with little reason. I hope no one will consider voting for her. We can publicly ask Vigilantes to target Beary509 if it's really bothering everyone.

I want to see stronger players getting accused. Chances are we won't lynch the Godfather & maybe none of them are the Godfather. It is highly likely that one of them are hiding a Mafia role though. These games tend to be balanced whereas the stronger players get divided. There is no possible way we are all Town (stronger players that is). I just want to stop publicly accusing the weaker targets and relying on PMs to satisfy our thoughts on the stronger players.

Players who I consider strong:

Justin
ProfGallows
Gandalf
LaurinaMN

It's up to you guys whether you consider me strong or not. Create your own list of strong players, but keep us in the spotlight please. There has to be Mafia hiding amongst the stronger players.

Add Tina to my list of strong players too. She is very neutral in my eyes. Safe way to hide Mafia.

I encourage this. The only reason I'm going strong on these cases now, is because it is Day two, and have nothing to hid/nothing to lose. I'm glad I wasn't a target for night one and that's why I decided to lay low for the most part of Day one. I was going to stop posting after the BBG case because I was hoping a majority of people would act together (blue roles acting like townie, townie acting as blue roles). After realizing I kind of stuck my neck out there I decided to post more of my suspicions now in case anything were to happen to me, whether it be me being lynched day two or killed night three. I'm hoping it doesn't come down to either of it, but if it does it gives the rest of the town to have something to fall back on.

It's kind of difficult to make a list of the actual strong players in the game. Many of the people on the players list may not be considered strong but they've been apart of enough Mafia games on or off the forums to grasp onto a sense of good strategies and how roles should or should not be played out publicly.

Okay, so, let's go onto Justin, then.

The only real thing I can contribute towards him is, in Game I, he made huge, great posts, leading the Town to eventual victory, just like Karla did in Game III. But, in Game II, he somewhat stayed in the shadows. Although this is a characteristic common among Mayors, I think it was more due to his Godfather role.

Any other thought on Jubs?

Jubs was plain old Mafia Goon in Mafia II, iLoveYou was the Godfather then. Game III he did post and work together with others, but I haven't noticed or seen him do that unless he's doing it on IRC like I think the majority of us are. Plus he was a blue role game three and still put himself out here, right now he's just joking around and playing Rob Ford. :/

I actually checked through Justin's playing history yesterday: he's had a variety of roles so it was great referencing material. Even when he was busy with the fair he was being much more active than this. Right now, I think he's the most worthy name from iLoveYou's "strong player" list to consider - if not for anything more than getting him talking.

Justin has proved in the past that he's a strong player - but he's failed to show that so far this game. I want to hear what he has to offer.

I was the Godfather in Game 2 when Justin was Mafia with me. I wanted to keep him safe as he was a roleblocker .. Any inspection on him = in danger. In that game Dectives were allowed to see actual roles as opposed to simple alignment ( green versus red ). He was also running the TBT Fair during that time.

If Justin were disinterested would he have joined in the first place? He may have gotten a boring role such as Townie or Veteran, but I still think he'd be more contributive. Maybe he lost interest during the game? I'm not saying Justin in particular should get lynched. I want all "stronger" players to get discussed.

Gandalf has been viewing the thread a lot but never posting. In my mind he's protecting himself by staying hidden even when bwing called out.

LaurinaMN you may have nothing to lose, but that statement can be interpretated many ways. Such as being Mafia and not fearing death at night.

Superpenguin and Oath2Order ran for mayor. They died Town. That leaves Tina and LaurinaMN who ran for mayor (seriously -unlike Justin) who could be a potential Mafia player to run for Mayor. On the other hand we also have to consider what if the Mafia team decided it wasn't worth it to run and get all that attention on them?

Sorry Justin was a Mafia Goon in Game 2. BlueGoat14 was a roleblocker. My bad. Details, details.

Well yeah, Im lucky enough to be in a timezone that means day ends at 6 am my time. I've been in the thread off and on for the past few hours trying to make a call. This day has been so wholly indecisive that it is now 4 am and Im still in conflict over who to vote. Placeholder or not, dropping in votes without intent to go through with it just sounds totally irresponsible in my mind now that the majority lynch is active.

I didn't feel it was necessary to rewrite what was posted by Gallows. All i can say really is that your list needs to be extended - It paints us four in a far darker light when you leave just Tina and yourself absent. Im going to put my vote on Justin and call it a night.

I added Tina via post merge. I'm at work so I have to type posts up as quickly as I can. This is why I asked others to make a list of strong players too, in case I missed anyone.

I want to find the Godfather as soon as possible so people can start believing me when I say I was inspected Night One and returned Town aligned. This is my motive for challenging the stronger players to step up. We need to aim higher to track down the GodFather. Killing other Mafia roles along the way is just a bonus in my eyes, right now.

I'm going to vote for Justin, just for a placeholder, but he is one of the good lynch candidates.

Well, from the games that I have played Justin has been more serious and contributing when town then mafia. And he hasn't been contributing much this game, so I'm changing my vote to him.

To further this, we're only as good as we're able/willing to be.

Just because we were good in past games doesn't mean we will be in this one. You take the situation you're given and attempt to make something out of it. Right now, there is seriously not a single bit of hard evidence on anyone to place an accusation at all. But I'm going with Justin on a gut feeling with Kayla being suspicious.

Which is why I want the stronger players to be in the spotlight now. The weaker ones tend to not provide enough information when in the spotlight. The stronger players are going to help us a lot (whether Mafia or Town). When the weaker ones are in the spotlight all the stronger players tend to blend in and accuse them of the same old things. Mafia has leading players and if we can get them out first, then we can leave the weaker ones to try to make kills for themselves. Think Lynn105 and Horus (sorry I love u both ♥).

Again, there is no guarantee that Justin is Mafia. We really have nothing solid yet as ProfGallows pointed out.

Keep the strong players in the spotlight. We can let the Vigilantes target the weaker suspicious players such as BellBringerGreen and Beary509, by asking them publicly.

You would be in that spotlight too, considering everyone considers you a strong player.

Hm... since Kayla has brought up a good point about considering lynching strong players, I'm going to vote for Justin, because I've noticed he's quiet whenever he's mafia, as metioned by a few others, and he is quiet this game. (Sorry if this sounds repetive, but I wanted to give a reason for my vote!)

I understand. I am pretty much on a suicide mission to find the Godfather. If none of you are the Godfather, it doesn't matter. It's highly likely one of you is hiding a Mafia role. These games will always be balanced and have strong players on both sides.

The issue with being inactive is that even though there is no strong evidence against Justin, there is also nothing to defend him with. It's what everyone risks by being inactive: being targeted with no way of properly defending themselves because they've not contributed enough to be able to do so.

Even so, he's been out of character with the few posts he has made. It almost seems as if he was mimicking the way Horus played as a mafia goon in Mafia III.
