I'm going to throw a crazy idea, and I hope people are with me - but could we maybe try and get through a game WITHOUT role claiming en masse? It's almost always town's downfall. Scum always happens to get a copy of the list somehow. I don't know about others, but it irritates the heck out of me because it's almost always why I die. I trust one person and they pass it on to the bad guys.
It'd be nice to see if we can play a game on skill rather than mass role claiming. I'm not saying that role claiming to one or two people (after you've have enough time gauge their alignment) is bad - but when one person is in a position where they know the role of every other player in the game it's dangerous. Even confirmed town players often end up passing that list onto scum before they die.

Hon the night that Superpenguin got shot was the same night I got the vigs to shoot Dolby and they were gonna get you no town wasn't gonna lose.

Of this, I think Alise/Makkine has been improving. I wouldn't mind lynching Waffles, but I'm kind of getting the town vibe from them, just based off of the post I quoted. It looked genuine to me.
No, I think they actually do hate each other.
As far as I recall, Alise/Makkine only had actions ONCE in her first game.

Can you stop picking fights with Cory? Just a bit of a distraction from the lynch.
In relation to people lurking? I open tabs up so I leave windows on my phone open and I forget to leave a thread. But in relation to my last post, we can't just focus on the people that barely contribute and what not. When the game starts and we have information we can pick out those who the majority think is mafia. I should have mentioned that instead of how I said it. Obviously it's not the easiest thing to do when it's day 1

Agreed, it's what I do on my phone when I'm at work. Clean an aisle, check the thread. Clean another two aisles or so, check the thread.
That's what I'm doing right now. So I think throwing "lurker" around at those could be seen as rude but when they do and rarely post then maybe.

I always give people a few hours or so for a chance to check in and/or defend themselves, otherwise I'm okay with this.

I don't really have time to read any of this right now as I'm super stressed out with too much homework and not enough time to do it. I'll be a bit inactive this week but I'll try my best to post a bit. I've already cried twice today of stress so please just be a dear and cut me some slack

For the most part, I'm agreeing with everything that has been said so far (especially what Tina said about role claiming from personal experience) but I think the wrong names are being thrown out.
Here are some names I'd like to bring up/would be okay with lynching.
-MissNoodle
-Dolby
-Cory
-ITookYourWaffles
I'd prefer to lynch MissNoodle because she just lurks around and does pretty much nothing. I think the two names that have been brought up the most, Cory + ITookYourWaffles, will be easy to catch as scum. Cory slips up easily and Waffles surrendered so that's that for those two. And I honestly don't know what to think about Dolby after the day 1 mislynch last game, but I do believe he should be kept on close radar as he is good as scum.

This all the way. Also, this can be applied to Trundle. We have a replacements list, so if you guys are seriously this busy, there is absolutely no reason why you can't go tell Minties that you need to drop out. There is no shame in skipping a mafia game.

On a serious note, I of all people understand busy lives, past games I've had time out because of my real life. That's why I've not played the previous and current games as I couldn't make the time. I suggest TRUNDLE doesn't play as I understand exam stress and mafia, it's too much!
