Well by the get go, I can see that Conkeldurr could use a new nature, since he's not using any special attack, you could try going for Adamant for slightly more physical attack and less special attack or Careful for more special defense and less special attack.

Otherwise here's some changes I could recommend.

Conkeldurr: I see you're going for a bulky Conkeldurr, those EV's are looking great, I just think you could swap the nature to something else, like Adamant (+Atk -SPAtk) Careful (+SPDef -SPAtk) or Sassy (+SPDef -Spe) if you're thinking about using a Pokemon with Trick room.

Tyranitar: I think the nature could be swapped to Adamant or Careful and maybe give it a Tyranitarite instead, no use reducing speed if you're not running a TR team, you should swap Ice Beam to Ice Punch to make him keep his natural high attack stat, otherwise everything else is good.

Rotom: I don't see any problems here, great choice.

Scizor: While I've never used a Scizor before, this seems like a decent moveset! Another great way to show that Technician isn't to be messed with.

Azumarill: I could recommend breeding for a new one to have Belly Drum and get rid of Knock off and swap the item to a Sitrus Berry for a quick heal after using Belly Drum, Azumarill WILL be a monster if he/she can get Belly Drum to work, especially in doubles if you have a Pokemon with Heal Pulse.

Clefable: I'd recommend swapping Calm Mind for Cosmic Power and swap Leftovers for a Life Orb, Clefables that run that moveset are pure beasts and really hard to kill.

From the looks of your team, they're really great but with some fine tuning and adjustments you should have a decent team to boot for competitive battling if you're aiming for that.

Other than that, why does Rotom only have "IV's" do your other Pokemon lack them?

Yup I'm aimming for competitive battle and I have no idea I was doing something in pokemon showdown editing their stats and stuffs and check insmogon I have no idea with rotom's stats tho

You should consider giving them 5 Perfect IV's (any amount in the stat you won't be using) or go for 6IV's for the sake of it to boost up stats in general, should only really be specific with IV's if you're going for a specific type on Hidden Power.

wat do u mean by swap natures

it takes ages to ev train pokemon, u cant just swap their natures

Re-breed till you get that nature or kindly ask me to change them for you with my Powersave, also you didn't need to quote the whole post.

Doesn't take all that long to EV train Pokemon if you know what you're doing.

I agree with pretty much everything Hyogo said, but there's 1 thing really bothering me.
For Rotom, you have 30 Attack, 30 Sp. Attack, and 30 Speed IVs. o_O
-The max is 31, and it's much easier to get 31 in a stat than it is to get 30,
-Get some IVs on Defense. Now. Right now.
-Why do you need any attack IVs when he only uses Special Attacks? Boosting his attack just makes confusion hit you harder.
