I drew it by hand first square by square on grid paper

Then I got on a pixel site and recreated it pixel by pixel

Light green-grass
med green-hedges
dark green-trees
dark grey-rocks
light grey-bridges
dark purple-character houses
light purple-paths
dark blue-pwps
med blue-rivers/ocean
yellow&orange-flowers
med brown-stumps
dark brown/tan/pink/light blue/grey-other buildings
light tan-beach
red-presents
Villager houses are self explanatory

Thx!!!! I get bored during the day after I get all my rl chores done and since I'm deadlocked in one town awaiting a pickup and don't really want to start cycling in my main yet to get my 2 peeps out of my other town, I decided to be creative!
