doesn't show off a lot (without a translation, anyway), but from what I can see, it says that furniture remakes are back (not sure if that was confirmed), it shows off some more items, seems to show certain layouts, and it also seems to have some compatibility with 3DS play coins

edit: from what I can tell, it seems that play coins will be how you customize furniture

And there appears to be gym, made for the least favorite species in the game! Cool or what?

But just seeing all this new stuff just makes me want the game even more and more now!

Really quick translation/summary:

Basically, you use Nintendo Play coins to buy and take "courses" on home design stuff. They'll teach you how to do different things like use the camera, add windows, choose a layout, remake furniture, etc. with the skills becoming more detailed over time. After you take the course you can test out your skills. As you take more courses and level up, more kinds of things will become available to you. For example, when you start out, you can only make small houses but they will gradually expand as you do more.
