Right. Scum is often voting for people they think are town, but they know the public are suspicious of. They also argue with the suspicious townies, hoping to get people to vote for them. Like justice did in Nick's mafia. You are doing the same. I am being thought scum by several people. I'm not saying I'm not scum, but you don't have any proof. You do however, have a theory. That is acceptable. But threatening to lynch someone is dumb. It's not a disaster unless other people have voted for you, and when that happens, your vote doesn't make much influence. Yes people have to vote. But instead of going with the crowd, think about their vote. Has the person fooled you before? Has anyone else done something to make them look scum? Can you risk a town dying? If they were scum, how many more mafia would you have to kill? Mafia wins most of the time. You can stop that. Ask yourself those questions. The more nos, the more likely they are to be scum. I don't care if you lynch me. You'll care though, if I turn out to be town. I may be scum. You don't know. So, night one is risky. So why not go no lynch? You might be able to prove something for day 2. You said that no lynch will give the mafia info. Fair point, but it's not gonna help if you lynch town either. Whether you listen to this or not is your choice. But if I turn out to be town, don't say I didn't warn you. There is always another day to lynch, but once you lynch town, they're not coming back.
Jesus ****ing christ.
A. I'd like to hear your defense to Endless's FOS.
B. Threatening to lynch somebody is common place, and if the majority think that someone is suspicious enough, then they're going to want them out of the game. That's just how the game goes.
C. Jesus ****ing christ.
At this point, I find this as enough grounds to FOS you. You completely
snapped under that pressure. You answered absolutely no questions that've been asked of you, and practically admitted you're mafia. I feel like LaBelle put the FOS here with my thoughts exactly, so I won't bore everyone and repeat it, but I'd like to hear an explanation of why the acts you've chosen are those of a townie player, and not of a mafian trying to sabotage D1 and try to score an early lynch (when several posts that you've FOS'd are jokes).
This post was the tipping point that caused me to change my opinion on the nature of the lynch today. I definitely FOS'd Superpenguin, but as y'all can see, he's acting like a troll today like many players act D1 so I dismissed him as a suspicion for now (let's see if he shapes up D2). My tier two suspicions were of Awesomeness and Cooba because of the FOS's with no real backing (either the reason they gave was obviously a joke by the person quoted or they gave no explanation at all) yet they were being serious, but up until now, I dismissed that as noob syndrome and thought that information garnered tonight (maybe some inspections or blocks or other things) could have shed some new light on their true alignment. I wasn't seriously suspicious of Awesomeness until they refused to justify their suspicions just now and said "I'm not saying that I'm not mafia". You're supposed to be trying to prove to us that you're town, and you've shown an utter disinterest in looking at your past actions to try to prove just that, which is something I find suspicious.
Finally, there's a sort of unrelated thing that I wanted to bring up. Generally, D1, I don't support any lynches. Thing is, most people don't have leads. What kind of leads can we have besides a few people ****ing around? So that being said, it comes down to random lynch. Mafia is a game of an informed
minority versus an uninformed
majority, so more often than not, who's likely to be lynched in a random lynch? The majority of the population, AKA Town. Yes, Cop won't reveal D2, but what kind of lead does random lynching give town that no lynching doesn't? Better to not risk a Townie dying and wait until people are actually serious about participating in the game and have some slight leads than to try a shot in the dark when no one is being serious, anyways.

One final thing. I'm not sure how active I'll be for the rest of the day since I've got work, then I go to a friend's house, so just an FYI.
