Mafia, if we can make some sort of deal, that would be fantastic.
Given the size of this game, I expect that it's standard town v. mafia, with maybe a survivor or fool role as the only third parties.
Anyway, as it is day 1 and we have the no lynch option, we have three options for today.
1. We lynch a player who has been proven to be a hinderence to the town because of inactivity or ineffectiveness in the end game. This as some benefits as we have a chance of reducing mafia KP while sacrificing little. The least overall risk.
2. We don't lynch anyone. The option with the least immediate risk, we don't reduce town's numbers but we leave in some potential mafia and ineffective players who will hinder us towards the end of the game.
3. Yolo, and try to take out the strongest mafia possible. Most risky of the options. We lynch a player both strong (or mediocre) as town and mafia. We potentially lose a lot of value for the town but we have the potentially to kill strong scum. I've only seen this work in the most recent mafia. Extremely high risk, and I don't recommend it.
Game is moving like a slug so I'll kick this off with an rqs:

@Endless isn't ruby rose a person from orange is the new black
We had this discussion last game, but I still stand by my statement that RLing is much worse than NLing. With no lynch, yeah, you don't gain any information, but you don't gain much information with a random lynch either, and you lose someone in the process. In a scenario where there's little to no leads anyways, the only information we can get is who went along with the random lynch and who didn't. That tells us nothing besides potential alliances that players may have.
Dolby you're really going for blood already, and while it's understandable you want to get the ball rolling, how is option 3 in any way a good idea? Strong or weak, you don't try and lynch somebody until there's a lot of evidence behind it. If you don't recommend this, then why did you even bring it up?
Pls no.
You could say that the current outlook is a bit of an "Endless" game.
RQS:
How often do you intend to post each day?

Err, you DO realise that potential alliances is the most base level of scumhunting? So that's like, really good?
Idk about you, but potential allegiance tells is great tbh.

Oh. Hey. SarasaKat.
Since you mentioned scumhunting, how about you start it off? Any reads to contribute to help us get rolling?

Oh hey. I'm curious. Out of all those three options, why did 3 stick out most as the bad idea? At least it gives possible alignment tells rather than no lynching. I mean, I'm not going to say it's a good idea. It really isn't. It's a horribad idea. But like, on the levels of "How bad is this", no lynching is even worse?
