And no. I'm not doing this to make you guys feel bad for me, I'm scared. Call me a crybaby or a whatever. I'm shaking.

Creepypasta's are 100% fake, none are real.
Put on some nice music, close your eyes, and try to get some sleep

That's the thing, Every. Single. Time. I put on music, try to sleep but then damn Smile Dog or something scares me. I always see them and can't stop.

Try watching some funny videos to try and get it out of your head! Or as Buddy said, some nice music to listen to, ones that maybe lull you to sleep or something ^^

I want too. I'm not supposed to be up this late and I don't want to make those or laugh so hard that my family would hear me. 11:13pm here.

Hm, maybe try playing a game or do something quiet on your phone or whatever device you are using right now? Perhaps chat with some you know online which might help you focus more on the conversation than anything else. A game serves as a great distraction as well

Thanks. I'll try too.

I can't. I just can't. I'm still shaking, I'm sweating like crazy now and paranoid. I hate windows, I feel like somebody is gonna bang on it or stalk at me. I need a doctor or something.

Aw, all those Creepypastas are fake anyways. Think about it logically; is the window closed? Are the curtains drawn? Is your window too high up for anyone to actually reach it? I sometimes get nervous of someone outside my window but then I remember how elevated my house is, and that if I was standing outside, I wouldn't be able to reach the window.

I get paranoid too on occasion, and I also have frequent insomnia problems. When I get nervous or can't sleep, I turn on my TV and watch cartoons until I'm tired. Sometimes it helps even to just turn on my lamp or turn the TV on but mute it. The light helps. Its hard to sleep with my TV on because of the background noise, but sometimes its comforting too.

I would die from not getting sleep. I don't have a tv my room, I like it dark as it helps me sleep so it doesn't my eyes. But....Something else is making feel... Just sad.

Aah, I can understand that.

Maybe just try to think about things you like and things that make you happy. Sometimes its hard to ignore intrusive thoughts but you should give it a try. Personally when I can't sleep sometimes I like to rewatch movies or videos in my head, or think about books I've read recently. Whatever works for you.

If this problem continues to prevent you from sleeping, maybe you should seek professional help. Its definitely an issue if its interrupting your sleep patterns.

Omfg I remember reading creepypastas at 1am in the morning and I kept on crying until my friends told me to calm down and watch funny videos to keep my mind off the creepiness- I couldnt stop turning around to check if there were scary things but if I wanted to sleep, i put a small dim nightlight and read a book until i fell asleep (i know bookworm) or you can swallow a sleeping pill, get some type of baseball bat/body pillow/big thing to put next to you/under your bed so you feel safe and drink warm or cold milk which makes you feel full = sleepiness sometimes i talk to myself out loud too lol ;v;

Ah, yes, I have had the same problem as you once, but mine was Jeff the Killer.. ugh. I knew it was all fake, but I would still be afraid.. I did think of a way to avoid it though. I usually just think about something else, such as a book I am reading, (HUNGER GAAAAAAAMES!) or just planning a schedule for homework or something. Basically, just get your mind onto something else. Oh, and trust me, nobody can stay up forever, haha.

Okay I admit I laughed when I read this...

But, I have totally been there too. I have a super active imagination and it doesn't matter if something is real or not, the feeling. Vivid dreams make it even worse because then it may as well be real because of how terrifying it is.

My best advice in this case, don't read that stuff, especially not before bed. Don't get me wrong, it's super thrilling, but if it interferes with sleep, you have to find something that makes you feel peaceful and okay. Find a really soothing kids cartoon or movie, play Animal Crossing, watch The Princess Bride or something, anything that's 100% not scary. It will definitely help. :)
