Holiday Present Question

What are the presents for and what do they do and how can I get them other than buying them from the store? Also, how can I get Snowflakes?

People can gift them to you, or you can trade
 
the presents are just collectibles for the event. on christmas day, they unwrap to reveal a new collectible.
you can receive them only by them being sent to you. any you buy in store can't be shown on your sidebar, you have to send them to someone else.
 
You can get snowflakes by participating in the current event's games or whatever they're called.
 
You can get presents from the shop and trade them, that's the only way. And for snowflakes you can do the events or get some from the holiday advent calendar.

how do we redeem it? it isnt working when i try it... nm i got it. click on bells first in the dropdown, THEN change it to snowflakes.

Another Holiday Present Question

I bought 7 pink presents and a raffle snowflake and received 1 pink present but none of the stuff I bought is being shown below my username. Where is it?

For it to show up, it has to be gifted to you.
Raffle snowflakes don't show up as collectibles.
 
OK Thanks Sej but on an unrelated note I tried to deposit 6 bells into my account of 1,248 bells and it showed up as 1,250 instead of 1,254 bells
