How to Have a URL Leading to a Post?

I've been trying to figure it out, but to no success. Can anyone let me know how?

Click the globe icon when the message bar comes up. Type in the URL and it'll look similar to this...

Type your desired message where the highlighted link is and it should look like...

You can also customize size and color
