I'm just a ghost.
The only way to get 5 stars for me personally was do these things:
1. Plant a lot of variety of Fruit Trees, Saplings, and Cedar Trees (not too much)
2. Plant a lot of flowers (seriously you need a lot of them)
3. Have a lot of fencing (I usually build them around the flowers)
4. Put down furniture items like the Street Lamp, Garden Lanterns, and Floor Lights
5. Have at least 8 villagers living on your island before KK Silder shows up
I did this a lot and it always worked for me.
