I seriously do not want to police how other people on the forums choose to express their text or how they want to write their posts but could you maybe please consider not typing in neon red text because it is an eye-straining color(at least for me personally, not sure if anyone else feels the same way) and I want to read your posts on the forums because they seem interesting and I want to read everyone's opinions on things but I cannot do that because attempting to read bright red text causes me eye irritation and/or possibly a headache or even a migraine. Thank you for considering accessibility issues.

In response to your post... I'm not sure if you can find poutine in your area, I heard it's only common in Eastern Canada (especially Quebec). I think it'd be easier to make some, it's super easy to cook and it's amazing! (You don't have to use cheese curds, my parents just use regular block cheese when they make poutine.)
