Don't apologize ^^; you're not dumb. I was confused about everything here too when I joined and it wasn't even that long ago when I joined . There are two ways. You can either go click on the currency link that's on the menu under the blog tree; left click on bells. When that small window pops up, you'll see it says on default "To Account" and below is your name; next to To Account is "Change" you click on change to enable you to delete your name and replace it with the person you are giving money to (in the event that you're the buyer, not the seller). Another way to do this is by clicking on the number of bells that it shows on their sidebar and the same window will pop up.

Hello :]. I think you have to be on a PC to be able to perform certain actions on the website; I'm not sure if that's the case with editing your information, but I know I can't send TBT or wi-fi feedback when on the forums on my phone.
