well I don't have a specific site, they come from a little everywhere, but mostly I start from google images. I would type something like "pixel background" and add keywords ("cute", "pink", etc, depending on what I'm looking for). In the google settings I specify that I want animated images. Then I go from there - if I see something I like, I see what the source is (sometimes you can find masterposts) or similar images
(now that I think about it, you can also search "pixel backgrounds masterpost")
for anything not pixel, it's basically the same thing, except I put "anime" instead!
