    No, only six can sign a petition. :) But it has to be signed for it to open.

    There's a petition from Dr. Shrunk to open Club 444; your villagers sign it.
    Your villagers will give you petitions for random things (that never happen) that must be signed in other towns and as a reward you'll get a random item from them or possibly their picture if you're good friends with them.

    There are lots of light-themed projects that can light up your town. The illumination projects don't look that great during the day, but they look wonderful at night. :)

    I crash around 11pm too. :p I've seen most of my Japanese friends online at 3-4 am their time, even during the week. ._.

    I was visiting someone from Japan and it was 4am in their town. :eek: I could never stay up that late.
