I never held an actual 2DS, so I can't make my judgement properly. However, it does look like to be more comfortable to hold than the older 3DS models. So far, 3DS XL is my favorite revision because of its huge screens. I couldn't go back to the smaller ones once I got hung of it, especially because it doesn't tire my eyes after an hour or so of gameplay.

My main NA town is going fine, outside of items temporarily lying on the ground.
My Japanese one felt a bit neglected, which is because I only play now and then. The path in there is kinda crude despite the pattern I actually use.
How about your town?

I might. I was actually wondering if this should be a temporary thing or not. I'm pretty sure TBT will be doing MK8 in their game nights, so let's just wait and see for now, I guess.

Personally, I would consider Super Mario 3D World, Pikmin 3, Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze, Animal Crossing: New Leaf and The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds as the best games out of the bunch. It's worth saying that all of the games I previously mentioned are at least above average in terms of quality.

My college's current semester has just finished. There were only two classes: Ethical and politcs, and then Literature and imaginary (2nd attempt). I've done well with the former, so it's assured I'll pass that one, while the latter is pretty much Murphy's Law in full force. Not that I'm bad at writing and reading, but doing Literary Analysis is where I suck at. Still waiting for my grades to show up soon.

So, you're also getting Mario Kart 8? Turns out I'm actually getting this one, along with New Super Mario Bros. U as my free game of choice. So glad I made a wise choice not buying the latter ASAP.
