Not big on terraforming yet and the island might strike some as "boring"... but I'd like to perhaps transform it into an anti-1984/Ghost of Tsushima type double theme. Vigilante curiosity, I suppose. As far as anti-1984 goes, my basement speaks for itself. At least it's a start.
