Tbt is used as currency on bell tree forums. It's used to buy everything. Hybrid flowers (1-2 tbt each) in-game bells (igb, 100 tbt =20 million igb) and collectibles. Collectibles are those little images under my and many other's avatars. Basically, you buy them for some bells and then sell them for super-inflated prices. For example, those apples under my avatar? You buy them from the shop for 199 bells. You buy them from people, when they're out of stock, for 2000 tbt.
