I'm an 8. Usually do just butter, although butter and preserves are nice. I also like apple or pumpkin butter.

I've at least got enough to nab the sweetheart egg, although I'll wait a little to see if I get the extra for the crescent.

I have never looked at NH as a sequel of any sort (haven't thought that about any of the games, really), so I didn't expect this to be just like NL, but set on an island. Every game is its own mini universe. That said, I think NH captures some of the simplicity and whimsy that made me fall in...

My hair is almost to my hips, so I wear a single plait often. I get it started (2-3 crosses), then shift the hair over my shoulder to finish the braid. That way I don't have my arms up over my head, which is awkward and uncomfortable.

I have an uncut book of Raggedy Ann paper dolls from 1944 that is part of my collection. Today, I found a reproduction book (printed in 1995) that is also uncut, for a very good price. So I'll finally be able to cut the dolls out and see what the outfits look like on them.

Poor Gráinne has been rather neglected, because I just couldn't find a style for her. I decided to get a new wig and it sparked a whole new look for her. I'm absolutely in love with her. Stella also came along and made a new friend.

Ice cream. And soft, sweet, yellow cake. Which is very strange, because I'm really not that big on sweets. I usually crave salty or savory snacks.

This is the first game I've completed all of the story quests, so I'm having a lot of fun. Looking forward to exploring some new areas with the DLC.

If I'm working, my alarm goes off at 6am and I hit 'snooze' for 30 minutes. If I have the day off, I'll usually wake up, but then roll back over for a while, unless I have an appointment somewhere.

I can't choose just one, so I'm going to pick my favorite movie scene and my favorite book scene. For movies, it is the proposal scene from Emma (1997). Jeremy Northam is one of my favorite actors, and his proposal is just weak-in-the-knees good. For books, I guess I'd go with another...
