I tried cycling her out but I ended up getting Big Top to move instead. Sorry, if she does end up moving out another day I could let you know.

Neither Flora nor Phoebe are moving right now, so I can't trade them at the moment.

I'll be TTing them out in the upcoming weeks, though, since I'm in the process of rearranging my villagers.

I definitely would be up for trading Phoebe or Flora for another villager, but neither of them are moving at the moment.
