I decided not to start over. I'm trying to keep myself from it. I also am slowly working on keeping the town coming closer to completion. It'll take time.

Man, I restarted the game so much like you did. I wanted to keep my June 9th, 2013 town, but I broke my promise to never time travel again because I was too tempted and impatient to see all of the new things while waiting for them.

I restarted so much, I vowed to NEVER restart again and only time travel when I need to. So yeah, that's out of the picture.

I hardly do anything on AC:NL, even when I play it everyday. I usually play other games like Mario Kart 8, Pokemon, or Neopets for instance. I'll never forget I got 1 million from Coltzan. (If you know Neopets well, you'd know what i'm talking about)

Anyway, if you want to play AC:NL or something else, you can.

I'm pretty good I guess. I do remember the times we had. And the times we had with New Leaf. What happened with that? And why are we restraining from eachother with it?

I can definitely try, although it might be super hard. I would be up for the challenge. I'm also debating on restarting my town. I kinda... Wanna do something special for it.

i have chai but unfortunately the sanrio villagers are not adoptable unless you have their card and scan them in yourself. it's the same for amiibo figures for villagers such as felyne, viché, cece, wolf link, etc. hope that helps!
