Depending on request I will tell you price if accepted. Reason is for personal reasons. Some are the fact that they don't fill out the form correctly because they don't understand what a signature is and my form gets very complciated. People don't read through my shop esp people who have new accounts and that are new. They also tend to not stay active as much which delays the request time and no use of my signatures. I accept majority of the people i state that I deny.. for example you. I only state that for extreme people who cannot follow through and when things get super complicated.
