hey I'm in uk time so i think your 6 hours ahead? I'm usually on from 1-2pm and 5-12pm which would probably be too late for you? tho on the weekends i can be free all day if that helps. what times are you online so perhaps we can find a time that overlaps.
that's still really odd ! even if you have someone moving in as long as you've got under 10 villagers she should be able to move in to your town. Sorry that didn't work out :'(
have you had merengue before? usually they won't move back in until you've done the 16 villager cycle !
