You would send me a picture, I don't personnaly do the art, but I would pass your picture onto someone else. They would go on a painting app and draw and color your mayor in 100x100 pixels, which is the size for profile pics on TBT. They would sends that picture back to you. I would then explain how to make it your profile pic! Mine is my old mayor, I am getting it redone
