Yeah, I think befriending helps them leave quicker. I know people say the ignore trick works... HELL NO!! IT DID NOT WORK FOR ME!!!! >.< I had to TT for several hours for several days to get him out.
Yeah... I had that problem with Kid Cat. Only way I knew he wanted to leave, was finding out from another villager. >.< I would say you could just cycle until Isabelle says someone's in boxes, but if you like your town, you have to TT slowly...I was told you wanted Drake si?:3
