New Horizons: Happily

Found: 20. March 2020
Main Player: Ed
Native Fruit: Oranges
Grass Type: Triangles
Native Flowers: Cosmos
Airport Color: Orange
Current Villagers: Anabelle, Charlise, Sally, Cyd, Purrl, Hornsby, Hippeux, Buck, Coach, Blanche
Pros:
- I really like my beach. I saw other towns with those beaches almost not existing at some spaces. When the beach is just to close to the normal grass. I don't have those spots anywhere. Also it is such a open beach. Just perfect as it is. Also because the beach is the only area I can't change I am the more happy about it.
- I have this tiny beach near my house. There is also my mailbox and the entrance to my fruit garden.
- I have one of the longest docks available I think. But I don't know how to decorate it.
- Double South river. I know it is not well liked among the most. But I hate the river mouths to be to the side in most islands I think it just does not look as good.
- Orange airport is one of the prettiest. Sad that the interior does not also match the look but it is okay.
- Plaza fairly in the middle, to be fair I never even cared about it that much. But I think it is a good location, not to far in and also not to far from the beach either.
- In the end the map turned out to be perfect to map some Sinnoh layout. If you look close you can see where my house is is Twinleaf Town and underneath the plaza is Sandgem Town. You get the idea.

Cons:
- Ones I got terraforming unlocked I flatten the whole island and regret some changes. I choose the layout because of the river in shape of a bone. And than deleted it argh. Build it again but it just doesn't look as good q.q I will try to adjust it again tho.
- I don't know what to do with the empty space right to my island. I actually have sort of a plan. Still I can't get myself to build it and ahh. Also I don't know how to decorate and I don't have any decorations outside. I just don't really know what to do with all that freedom and space it is frustrating. But in the end it is not really the layouts fault.

New Leaf: Happyn

Found: 30. November 2020
Main Player: Ed
Native Fruit: Cherrys
Grass Type: Circles, Triangles (Main Street)
Train Station Color: Green
Town Hall Color: Blue
Current Villagers: Tammi, Toby, Canberra, Boomer, Queenie, Lopez, Tangy, Curly, Midge
Pros:
- Curvy River which is cutting trough town. I really don't like to much space to myself because I am not that creative. In New Horizons half my town is just not even developed because I don't have any ideas. So I prefer less land with a few spaces to really work with.
- My house placement. It is right in the middle of the map.
- Plaza is off to the side. I know most want there plaza to be in the middle but I actually think it is better to the side.
- Long beach. This was a absolute must have for me. I had that split beach before and it was so annoying.
- Holding pond is not in a corner. I hate the look of that in New Leaf. Most times holding ponds in the corner look so weird.
- Cherrys are native fruit. Because in New Horizons I have oranges and in Wild World there peaches I just wanted a different fruit. I am not picky about it. I would also not reset for it, but it is a nice to have.
- Where I want to build the café. It will be where the blue house is at the moment. I wanted to test if I could even put it there and now it is there to reserve the place. I want the narow land to have a café outside of some sort. I already put a bench there.
- The town hall placement is so perfect for my house placement. I am separrated from it but it is still not to far. Just like I would want my actual work to be :D
-The gyroid will be my police station and that placement is also perfect. Soon when it will be build I can just walk other there and ask about special visitors right away. So I don't need to run all the way to the plaza on the side.
- I like the pond next to my house and the one above the town hall. I want to make a well there and also it will be my backyard of some sort.
- None of my rocks are in a place where I need to work around. So I am really happy. I prefer one line paths because it is easier to place and so I don't have much to worry about them.
- The bottom narrow stripe of land will be a camping area. I am planning on making it really big.

Cons:
- The one pond next to Re-Tail tho... is blocking the hole entrance to the campside. It is annoying. But I will somehow work around it. It is like the only real flaw so I will live with that imperfection.
- The waterfall near the beach is a bit hard to see. But it will work better ones I get the wet suit for town. I can totally life with that there aren't that many fish strictly to the waterfall so why should I bother.
- Tangy which plotted her house underneath the train station like why. Even if she would be my most wanted villager ever no. I will plot reset for the next villagers though. I just don't wanted to bother with the starters and if I like one of them I could make it work. So yea she will move ot as soon as possible. e.e Also the two which live directly above my house will go too. I already made a map plan.

City Folk: Happing

Found: 26. December 2020
Main Player: Ed
Native Fruit: Pears
Grass Type: Squares
Town Gate: Palace Style
Current Villagers: Purrl, Gabi, Alice, Grizzly, Dizzy, Buck, Goldie, Poncho, Nate, Roscoe
Pros:
- That river shape in perfect alignment to the cliff <3 I could never wish for a better map ever. So glad I resetted today.
- Pears as native fruit. I now have a different native fruit in each of my towns and that is pretty cool.
- All those beautiful ponds. There just perfectly placed under every main attraction. That Nook is not part of it also got a taste of ironie to it haha.
- Also the pond right beneath my house. I knew I would choose this one immediately. I also considerd the one beneath the museum but no. That was my spot.
- I love how all the main buildings are in the same spot except for the town hall. But that is fine tho.
- That perfect symmetry alignment of the museum in the middle beneath all the other buildings.
- I hopefully will place the third bridge next to my house by the river. Than everything will be perfect to navigate.
- That bridge at the beach. I really hate to go around and back to access the full beach. So this is perfectly placed.
- OMG why is this so perfect I wanna cry q.q

Cons:
- I would have liked a little pathetic tiny beach. But never would reset this town just for that little detail.
- To be honest. This map would be absolut perfect when the town hall and Nook switched places. But you can't have everything, right?

Wild World: Hapinton

Found: 14. May 2020
Main Player: Ed
Native Fruit: Peaches
Grass Type: Squares
Main Gate: Blue one
Current Villagers: Baabara, Daisy, Punchy, Patty, Teddy, Derwin, Peewee, Savannah
Pros:
- I love how all the main buildings are all in one place and also shaped in a square.
- My house is sort of in the middle of everything so I don't have any trouble navigating trough town.
- Those lovely ponds <3 I just love ponds. They add something unique to every town. At least in the older games where you could not alter anything.
- Again the bridge at the beach which is perfectly placed to go around.
- Just the fact that I just resetted three times for this perfect map. I had so much luck with Wild World.
- I really like the river shape. This narrow space of land to the side is way to skinny for a house (Or at least there is no signpost there). Because of that I can to what I want with it. It will be a beautiful garden.
- I have the best main gate style. The blue bricks just work so good with the stones all around the main places. Although I would not reset for it. It's nice to have.

Cons:
- The dead tree spots. And also the limit of trees between acres. I needed to overthink some placed because of that but it is nothing I would not get used to. In the end everything has it downsides somewhere.
- Besides trees you don't really have anything to make fences. And because of the dead tree spots it is difficult sometimes. I have a fence design but yeah. It is always sad to see some villagers just walk over it.
