I am able to pay any price using in game bells, so money will not be an issue. I can also provide furniture pieces and wish list items. Whenever a villager moves out I'll try to post it here for people to adopt. I accept TBT bells only, but I try to keep my prices fair. I'm generally a nice person, If you respect me, I'll respect you. I am on this site often so I will try to be available most of the time. The best time to contact me is during later hours, but daylight works well too.
