Hover over the Currency Tab and click "Bells: xxxx":


You'll get a window that looks like this:

Right next to Account click "Change" and input the username of the user you're sending TBT to. Put the...uhh, amount, right under Amount and send with Submit! And that's it! I'll get a PM that I received it, but to be sure (since the PM might not go through due to my near full inbox) send me a visitor message that you've sent it~
