Town Rules
1 If it's on the cobblestone in front of the train station it is what i am selling or paying
2 If I am selling one or two expensive items it will be at retail at agreed upon price
3 No taking flowers or buried items
4 Flowers on the beach are free
5 You may talk to villagers
6 If Katrina is in town you must get your fortune done i will leave bells for you.
7 Stay on paths as much as possible
8 No running
9 No dumping garbage
10 No buying at stores unless retail item i put
