Hi there, no worries! I get confused sometimes too. ;-; Did you try to correct your wi-fi rating? I see you left another wi-fi rating with a positive rating this time but the negative rating is still there. I'm not sure how it works and if you did try and correct it but leaves it as a new rating or not but I would prefer the negative wi-fi rating were just gone. If you did just leave another feedback could you try and correct your first wi-fi rating once more? You have to click on your old wi-fi rating with the negative feedback (which may be on page 1 or 2) and click the hammer to the right of the rating and edit the rating from negative to positive. If that's what you did and it didn't work before let me know and I'll ask the mods about it. Sorry for the trouble and thank you for trying!!
