Since you need 20 mil, it'll automatically be pickup. Though we can split the trade into 2 - for you come pickup IGB, and me dropping off your stuff. Would that be easier for you?
Regarding the dresses from Gracie, yes I can bfc you if my Gracie has them ans both of us happen to be on at the same time, but if no, it'd be a little hard 'cause like you said yourself, yes I'm on the spree TTing - I don't stay on that day long.

Hi Even though they're loose pieces, all those 10 are from the same snowman set so I'll count it as 5 tbt. So the total is 20 tbt.

Hi! I didn't write in OP yet, gardening items are essentially delivery only. But if you absolutely prefer pickup, I'll transport them to my other town (which has the different FC) so let me know.
