12 Days and Not One Villager Plot...

So I TTed out a couple of villagers and I'm down to 8, and I was expecting to get a villager plot for sure after 7 days so I TTed 7 days ahead, then created a new save file to plot reset for Marshal ;-;

Sadly, it's now been 12 days and not one plot has been seen. Am I missing something? This can't be a glitch, I didn't do anything to glitch it! I need answers, this is scaring me and also confusing me. I was so excited to finally have a shot at my dreamie and now I've been shot through the heart </3

It's now been two weeks and no plot at all. I'm freaking out right now, maybe my game is messed up? But I was just plot resetting a few hours ago and did virtually NOTHING since!

I just got a plot, but it was Poncho :I

I should mention it will generate either Smug or Jock villagers for me. God have mercy on my soul. BUT I will get Marshal if it kills me. For. Free.

It's happened to me before too, but it's really your town hitting the probability of a camper not showing up. I was bummed of not having a camper, but the camper trick works (checking with a new character to see if plot shows up, and if not, restart the game until there's a camper)

I love Poncho<3 He's the cutest thing. Good luck on getting Marshal. You could have definitely gotten him if you did the villager reset trick since 12 days is insanely long for a plot to not show up (I heard 10 days is 100% guarantee) It would have took you a while probably. I don't do the villager resets, but normally when I'm down to eight and a plot doesn't show up for 8 or 9 days I get someone 'rare'/'popular' than when a plot shows up after 3 or 4 days.

That is the magic amount of time when you have this problem. Just hit week tres and they'll appear very frequently! Everyone remember that who is reading this! I've had five plots in a row from five resets, so that's that.
