I was experimenting with some tutorials.

I like all of them very nice my favorite is the metroid one.

The top one is much better. Personally, I don't like the second one. The render is a little blury, the background is kind of weird, and the text is very hard to see.

The top one I like because it has a pixel affect. 9/10

The second one I like to but like Minoranza said make the image another layer.

That is what you gotta do, but he used a radial blur I beleive, not a motion.

Yeah, they're not too bad, it's just that Samus looks a little too blurry in the below one.

I don't really like the pixled Link copy, and samus is blury, and you could've used a diferent font and made the text a little more blended.
