Hm, if you read the OP you would have seen that 100 BTB is equal to 10Mill IGB and that there's a minimum increase of 5 BTB or 500,000 IGB, thus making your bid lower than the current HB and you're also forgetting something with your first bid. I honestly don't understand when people don't read the OP in the thread they're posting in.
