Used a tutorial for this one:

(Jirachi was last minute) I needed a space-filler. I used motion blur on text. Used overlays, Gaussian Blur, Clouds, brushes, and I think it turned out OK.

Well the sig is better than anything I've made but I agree with Tom, Jirachi's colors don't really fit the theme

Whoa. Just wow. This sig is just meh. Jirachi looks poorly placed, and the render looks horrible for Jirachi. Just stick with one jigglypuff, it takes up a lot of space with 2. There's no supporting flow, instead it goes off into a different direction, which these kind of renders are hard to find supporting flow for. Next time, go with a render that has a movement feel too it, then work your way up to renders like this. The text is badly placed, and the BG is low quality. 6/10.

Yea, that was the problem I had with this sig, I couldn't make it flow or look the way I wanted it too.

And like I said, the Jirachi was last minute.

P.S. Can anyone point me towards a GOOD tutorial? (one with text or voice direction and shows you through the steps)

Yowch the opacity on the Jigglypuffs looks bad. Text doesn't work and the colours don't go at all.

The background looks somewhat noobish :S

Good things are:

The placement. It all seems symmetric, which is good.
