Alright, I've got five questions.

1.) How will it take until Nook remodels for Nookington's? 22 Days?
2.) Hybrids, I'm having problems with that. I water all the flowers daily, place them near flowers that they'll probably breed with, but sometimes they're next to some others. Is that what I'm doing wrong?
3.) I paid for the bridge upgrade, how does that take to be built? One or two weeks?
4.) Red turnips. When you sell them, do Turnip Prices affect it?
5.) Windmill and Lighthouse people, I've read there's a rumor that Lighthouses attract rarer fish and Windmills create more flowers, fix the grass and something else, false or truth?

I can only answer question one.

After playing the game for at least one week, successfully complete the indicated task to have Tom Nook's store upgraded to the corresponding level:

Nook N' Go: Spend or sell 25,000 Bells at Nook's Cranny, and wait one week from the day Nook's Cranny first began.

Nookway: Spend or sell 90,000 Bells at Nook N' Go, and wait two weeks from the day Nook N' Go first began.

Nookingtons: Spend or sell 250,000 Bells at Nookway, and wait three weeks from the day Nookway first began. Note: Unlike Animal Crossing and Animal Crossing: Wild World, you do not have to have someone come to your village to buy one thing as well to get Nookingtons.

Orchards will make this task easier.

1) I think so :/
2) You're not supposed to water them unless they wither...
check this out---> http://forums.the-bell-tree.com?topic=7081855/1/
3) 1 week
4) The price depends on how big they are
5) I don't think it's true (I have a windmill and I still caught stringfish and tuna...)
I was under the impression you needed to water them daily in order to keep them from withering.

nope, i only watered them after they withered and NEARLY everytime, the next day i had a hybrid

Let me see if I have 5 answers:

1) Answered perfectly by Travis. It's based on the money you spend. Tom Nook is a penny pincher, he only wants to spend YOUR bells on his store upgrade.
2) Hybrids are kinda tricky. The best success I've had are by doing the following:
  • Place all your flowers in pairs, either one above the other or side by side... not diagonal
  • Water them only when they wither
  • Once you get hybrids, place them beside more of the same hybrids so they can produce more of the same.
3) Each person with an account on your Wii have to log on and vote on the location for the bridge (by going to town hall and asking about the town fund). After everyone has voted, it takes a week.
4) No. Only the care you gave the turnip will effect it. It must be watered every single day. If you miss a day and it withers, you can bring it back with the silver watering can and it will look healthy again, but somehow Nook will know and only give you like 10 bells for it. Somehow, that raccoon sees all....
5) The Windmill and Lighthouse do NOTHING for your town. No extra rare fish. No extra hybrids. No boost to the town rating. They are merely trophies to show off your awesome bell making skills. They are the town equivalent to having the flag outside of your house.

1. Uummm soon. As long as you sell stuff/buy stuff from him.
2. I water only the withering ones. I usually get a hybrid because (I think) the withering ones produce hybrids.
3. One week, but make sure you go to Town hall and ask about the Town fund. Then you can decide on where to get the bridge built.
4. Not at all, after 7 days the maximum price for a red turnip is 16,000 bells.
5. I don't own a windmill/lighthouse. :'(
