Buying a Animal crossing Logo sign for my new mini store( with reference in side.)

So I already have a HUGE store but i want to create a kind of dollar tree(for those that that don't know what dollar tree is here in the usa" its chain store that sells some cheep but sometimes some really good bargains ALL for a dollar each. only with this store NOTHING would be over 1 1bt each and you could even get mystery bags of up to 5 items for 1 tbt each, no hybrids no furniture no nothing would be over 1 tbt. it would be limited to 10 items only at a time and only 1 order may be placed in a span of two weeks. After say 5-6 weeks your account would be reset and then you may purchase again. This could all change though depending on the success of it.I have a graphic I want to use but would like it to be spiced up a little. it would definitive be a Animal Crossing new leaf logo but it would Read:

"Heather's" AMAZING 1 TBT Store or something like that. I would be willing to to pay from 25-45 tbt for this since I already have the pic(without my name on it of course. below is the pic for it.:
