Buying A Character Icon!

So, I'm finally getting ready to move my splatoon OC to toyhouse, and I wanted the avatar thing to be unique and not just a small version of a bigger picture. I'd also want to use it as my TBT icon, as much as i love my current octavio one.

I'd really prefer a pixel icon, though a little chibi/headshot icon is good as well. Yulia's personality depends, tbh. She's either really peppy or really relaxed, depending on how you want to draw her. I really want to see her giving a double peace sign, or even simple animations, such as blinking! I'd be willing to pay TBT for this, just name your price! You can find Yulia's reference here!
