It all started on June 14th 2013.
I was moving to the capital city, 'Boondox', but it was too far for one train to go, so I was stopping off in Fantasy for the night, and then catching another train from there too Boondox.
Little did I know that my whole life was about to be turned up-side down.
*Hawaii station ~ June 14th*
'Good morning Ms. Diana! Oh and Mr. Julian! How's your day going?', Portess the station monkey greeted my parents warmly.
'Oh and... Fuchsia...'. She raised her eyebrows and smirked cruelly at me.
She'd never really liked me much... at all. Basically she hated my guts.
Not my fault I'm better than her. I am a human after all.
'The train should be arriving any minute now, have a good *cough* awfull *cough* trip, eek eek aaah.', she told me.
'Oh my baby's SO grown up!', my mum, Diana, squealed. 'I'll send you letters and presents everyday! I need to make sure my little girl is ok!'
'Oh err yeah, same', my dad, Julian, mumbled. 'Maybe not every day... once a year?'
My mum glared at him. Luckily there was no time for them to start arguing, as the train arrived pulled up to the platform.
With a shaky breath, I stepped onto the train. My parents were both waving like mad. I waved back, and silently said my good-byes to Hawaii.
*3 hours later*
I was sat in the corner of the train, starting out of the window. We were travelling near the edge of a cliff, so we had a perfect view as the sunset lit the sky up with a soft pinky orange glow. The colours danced across the sparkling water, as the calm waves lapped up against the smooth, white sand. It did not last for long, as we were then plunged into the darkness of a tunnel. I turned away, and lay my head on the back of the seat.
I saw a blue and white cat in a red sweater vest smile at me and make his way over to where I was sitting.
'Hi there! I'm just going to sit on the seat opposite to you, if that's alright?', said the creepy cat. I told him to bug off and bury his head in a pile of rats poo, but I guess some people are just rude, as he laughed and sat down anyway.
WHO DOES HE THINK HE IS?!!
Anyway, it's stranger danger!
I begrudgingly told him my name, as I hoped it would make him leave, but he carried on talking to me, even after my loudest *sighhh's* and *yaaaawns*.
Finally the speaker announced we had arrived in Fantasy. I said good-bye, as I wasn't raised in a pig-sty (unlike him), and got off the train. I had planned to spend the night in the campsite, but I didn't realise what was about to happen.
As I stepped out of the station, I noticed a few animals gathered around, whispering to each other. I didn't quite catch what they were saying, but I definitely heard what was said next.
'Welcome Mayor!'
