Although Mayor Amanda is kind, compassionate and fun to be with once you get to know her; there is another side of her that not too many people get a chance to see. Those who had a chance to see that other side of her; they never saw it coming...

Even when she was playing games with others, she put a lot of effort into playing the game by the rules as well as winning them. Unless she was trying to catch bugs or fish during a tour, or if the tour required her to use a tool; there was never actually a need for her to use the available tools that the player had the option to use.
During Hide and Seek, using the axe only slowed her down and usually, she was able to find the other players with not trouble at all, without having to use the axe; strangely enough, she'd still use the axe from time-to-time. She never used it or planned on using it to hurt the other players, though, she did find the villagers' reaction to their hiding spot being chopped down very amusing.
These screenshots were taken from two different sessions of Hide-and-Seek. Of all of villagers that these screenshots show, I love the look on Apple's face the best XD. My favorite moments during Hide-and-Seek was when one of the villagers was hiding behind the Sphinx and then, when I discovered them, they said, "How did you know I was here?" lol.
