A few questions

Hello! I joined several days ago and got a few questions..

What does "bump" mean? I've been seeing it on auctions a lot and figured it had something to do with prices, but I just saw it on a "Ask me anything" thread in The Basement.

What exactly is "voiding" I think it means letting a villager go on and move out without letting anyone take them, but not sure.

What is the best way to get villagers to move out sooner? Should I just try to ignore them as much as possible?

How exactly does the TBT system work? I got got a couple hundred in just a few days. Is it just earned by being an active user?

When you "bump" a thread you're basically moving it to the first page/top of the board.

You're correct about voiding. Not sure if there's more to it than that.

Ignoring a villager doesn't usually work. I would suggest becoming best friends with them.

You get "welcome bells" when you first join the site, about 750 in total. The rest you earn from making posts or buying/selling/trading for them in the TBT Marketplace.
