Buying A full art version of my OC?

Hey guys, Back again
Wondering if I could commission anyone to draw my OC- full body- chibi, manga any kind of style really aslong as everythings there

She has purple eyes and brown hair

OUTFIT: I would like her in a purple/black dress (setailed) with some stockings and suspenders (bows attached to the stockings?) with a purple ribbon bow in her hair but her hair still the way it is
Id like her to be wearing a corset thats inbedded in the dress? whether thats short at the front and long at the back or a short dress.
Id like the idea of victorian/gothic/steam punk

Thank you! I've posted it in the outfit bit. I would prefer if her dress was purple-corset included with black stockings with suspenders holding them up(but no suspenders showing just the lines)with purple bows at the top of her stockings

I'm not sure how I want the dress aslong as there's a corset, maybe long? Something really nice but not overly fancy. Steampunk/gothic/victorian style
