A little help please!

Sorry if this is in the wrong place/is already answered somewhere, I'm new to TBT and I'm trying my best not to screw up >.<

I have a few questions relating to villager and item trading on AN:nl. Firstly I've been seeing the term "Cycling town" and "the void" and stuff, could someone explain this to me? Also, I'm a bit curious how people sell villagers? Is there a way to send villagers to others towns or something else, because I'm totally confused.

Also, I'm a bit curious how item selling and trading works. Since I haven't been too active in the multiplayer community I don't know how this really takes place.

Cycling towns are towns that obtain certain villagers to sell. They are really good for wanting to find your dreamies. So normally a person with a cycling town will have 2 different games, one with their own town and one with their cycling town used to get money and to help people find their dreamies and sell them away. And yes, when a villager is moving out and has their boxes packed up, someone can come over, speak to the villager and ask if they will come to their town. It always works every time so it's guaranteed, so people sell villagers this way. Also, when a villager is voided that means no one picked it up on time and that they are no longer able to be bought/gotten.

right here is also a really helpful list of guides on basic stuff like how to earn a lot of bells, unlock buildings, all about special visitors and pretty much anything in-game you may be curious about. if you need to know anything else, you can pm me -- i've spent the last 2+ years learning all there is about the game and i've also had a cycling thread and tons of different towns, i'd be happy to help you out if you're still confused about anything. :>​
