A New Life [Town Reset]

Oof.. It's my 17th time resetting my town, and I was wondering if anyone could hold my stuff?
I can pay in IGB or TBT; whichever you prefer.

Just a heads up, my locker is filled with items, and I can be really picky when it comes to map choosing ^^;;
Hopefully I won't take too long, maybe about 20-30 minutes? Thanks!
