Hello! As much as I love the icon I use now, I have a thing for pixel icons. I've tried making some in the past, but they're so bad that I'd be ashamed of setting them as my icon tbh. I'm looking for an icon of my Splatoon OC, Yulia, maybe with some simple animation such as blinking. If you could add what I like to call "VCR effects", like the ones similar to my current icon, I'd be willing to pay even more. I could pay in TBT or IGB!
