i was thinking about playing NH now... but it's past 19:00 pm right now where i am, so it'll be dark on my island...

i don't think it's good to wonder around my island in the dark... so i think i'll save it for tomorrow...





what do you think?




it's my first time playing this one, after all... & i want to be able to see well :3... i also need to get the 12 month online membership for it...

I mean they are no monsters in this game! The only thing to worry about are tarantulas but I'm not sure which months those show up in

There's no harm in wondering the island at night unless you're holding a net.

I think night time is the best time to explore your island. You have a chance of seeing shooting stars and meeting the gorgeous Celeste maybe even seeing the aurora boreallis It is the best time but don’t walk around with a net or you might see the wrong kind of stars

Lol isn’t there a monster at night on the island, you can play anytime you want. You can find a rare fish at night as well. Some of your villagers also out there with you. Talk to them , play or gift them. It’s fun. Also you can decorate your island at night too of course if you like

If you need a hand hold I would be happy to visit or you could come over to mine I am uk also so hopefully we would be on at similar times. It’s a fab game and really nothing to be scared of

The only problem I find with playing at night is that the shops close.

Tbh, ACNH is a great game to play at night. Very peaceful and relaxing (except for when you’re in crushing debt LMAO) to just talk to your villagers, buy stuff, decorate, etc.
There isn’t really anything scary, (except for tarantulas which I find extremely annoying and sometimes startling when they come out of nowhere, which usually results in me screaming in frustration and waking up the whole house) so you should be able to play at night. Of course, there’s tons of people here who would love to visit and keep you company if you’re ever scared to play!

i'd just rather play in the daytime first time i play this tomorrow... i plan to get the 12 month online membership & play it tomorrow *even if there is snow still on the ground... i like snow, though :3 *

If I was starting my game for the first time, I’d want to start in the daylight too so I totally get it. No bad reason, just that I prefer to see things better in the daylight! I generally like playing the game more during the day anyway!

I agree with the person above me! I generally like playing in the day better. However, when I first started it was at night, too. I'm pretty sure in the very beginning its day time no matter what? I can't really remember now. Regardless, I say either one is justifiable!

I play mostly at night just because that’s the only time I can get on. I prefer it during the day. I can sometimes find it difficult to judges what colours will look good together if I’m decorating at night.

I think you should play at night! Rarer fish sometimes show up, and also nighttime looks really pretty. Plus, the campfire looks cool, and I always like walking around under the stars. (although the shop is never open and it sucks.)
